I've been thinking a lot about Leadership lately for many different reason and I keep coming back to...
It's all about Relationships.
The Relationships you have with others on your team
You do not have to be the smartest person in the room but if you can build Positive Relationships you can be successful and get to whatever it is you want to get to - and get to it in the right way!
